DIAMOND HEAD To Support THIN LIZZY In UK
November 14, 2007NWOBHM (New Wave of British Heavy Metal) legends DIAMOND HEAD will support THIN LIZZY on 14 dates of their UK tour.
The THIN LIZZY tour kicks off in Leicester at the De Montfort Hall on Thursday, November 22, with DIAMOND HEAD set to join the bill on November 26 at Nottingham's Royal Concert Hall. The trek will take the band around the UK to play some prestigious venues with the last show being played at the legendary Hammersmith Apollo.
DIAMOND HEAD drummer Karl Wilcox commented: "[This is] absolutely fabotastic," adding that the whole group is "stoked to be out with such a legendary band."

DIAMOND HEAD's new album, "What's In Your Head?", was released on July 30. The CD was previously described by the band as "a powerful but varied collection of songs." The album includes the song "Reign Supreme", which is said to be "the heaviest track DIAMOND HEAD have recorded since 'Am I Evil?'"
